Fleet Landing is looking for reliable, hard-working dishwashers who keep the kitchen running behind the scenes. This role is essential—without you, nothing moves. If you don’t mind getting your hands dirty, stay focused under pressure, and take pride in keeping things clean and organized, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

Keep all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools clean and ready to go
Maintain a clean, organized dish pit and trash area
Support the kitchen team during busy shifts
Help keep the entire restaurant running smoothly

Schedule:

Nights, weekends, and holidays required
Long, active shifts (up to 12 hours, on your feet in a fast-paced environment)

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and always on time
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a wet, fast-paced environment
Organized and able to multitask
Calm under pressure—things can get busy
Team player who takes direction well

Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness

Key Responsibilities:

Operate commercial dishwasher and maintain dish flow
Wash items by hand when needed
Empty and clean trash and recycling areas
Clean and maintain equipment (like tea dispensers and storage areas)
Rotate dishware to minimize wear and tear
Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
Assist prep cooks and kitchen staff during peak times
Complete opening, closing, and side work tasks
Clean spills and broken glass immediately and safely
Report any maintenance or sanitation issues
Jump in wherever needed to keep the restaurant clean and running
