The FOH Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences and overseeing the daily operations of the FOH team. The FOH manager closely supports the GM and AGM in maximizing profitability, driving employee satisfaction, and executing company initiatives.
Key Role Abilities:
· Maintains systems to control profit and loss for a $10+ million casual dining restaurant.
· Trains and develops new and current team members.
· Performs administrative duties such as proper timekeeping and proper cash handling.
· Fosters relationships with guests and upholds high service standards.
· Collaborates and communicates with the BOH team to ensure organized and cohesive shifts.
· Ensures curb appeal, exterior appearance, and cleanliness is up to standard.
· Oversees all areas of the restaurant during service to ensure hospitable guest experiences.
· Supervises and writes the schedule for 10-40 direct reports.
· Monitors products consistently to ensure high quality.
· Sources, orders, and controls spending for specific cost centers.
Role Requirements:
· 2+ years leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
· Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
· Full-time availability (five days per week, approximately 45 hours per week).
· Ability to lift 35 lbs. and actively perform in a busy indoor/outdoor environment for up to 10 hours.
· Organized and able to multi-task with attention to detail.
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and a genuine appreciation for creating excellent service experiences.
· The ability to understand and interpret numbers, specifically P&L cost centers and trends.
· General knowledge and ability to use computers, tablets, apps, etc. including Microsoft Office, POS, and any other software used to complete job tasks.
· Ability to manage crisis in a calm and effective manner.
· Fortitude to effectively give and receive feedback.
· Teamwork-oriented.
· Talent for learning, understanding, and motivating people.
· Desire for continuing education, personal, and professional development.
Compensation Package:
· Flat salary paid WEEKLY (Based on experience, reliability, and ability)
· Quarterly Performance Bonus based on sales (average $13K annually)

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
